Shopping with us is quick and simple! Just follow these easy steps:
Browse & Select: Explore our collections and click on an item you love. Select your desired color and size (be sure to check the Size Guide on the page), then click Add to Cart.
Review Your Cart: Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen anytime to view your selected pieces. Here, you can adjust quantities or remove items.
Proceed to Checkout: Click the Checkout button in your cart. You can log into your customer account, create a new one, or simply proceed as a guest.
Shipping & Payment: Enter your shipping address and choose your preferred shipping method. Then, securely enter your payment details (we accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure digital wallets).
Confirm Order: Review your final order summary—including any discount codes you've applied—and click Place Order.
Once complete, you will instantly receive an Order Confirmation Email with your receipt and order number!
Because we work hard to get your orders packed and shipped out as quickly as possible, we can only cancel an order within 1 hour of it being placed.
If you need to cancel your order, please send an urgent email to our customer support team with your Order Number and the subject line "CANCEL ORDER".
Please note: Once the 1-hour window has passed or your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, it cannot be canceled or modified. If your order has already shipped, don't worry—you can simply return the unopened package to us for a refund once it arrives by following our standard Return Policy.
Because we process and pack orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery times, we can only accommodate changes to your order—such as updating a shipping address or swapping a size/color—within 1 hour of placement.
If you notice a mistake, please email our support team immediately with your Order Number and the subject line "URGENT: ORDER CHANGE" along with the specific details you need updated.
Please note: After the 1-hour window has passed, your order enters our automated fulfillment system and cannot be altered. If your order has already shipped with an incorrect item or size, don't worry—you can easily return the unwanted items for a refund once they arrive by following our standard Return Policy.
Once you complete your checkout, you should see an "Order Confirmation" page on your screen displaying your unique order number.
Within 5 to 10 minutes, you will also automatically receive an Order Confirmation Email sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This email serves as your receipt and contains a breakdown of your ordered items, billing/shipping details, and your order number.
If you don't see the email within 15 minutes, please double-check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders. If you still can't find it, or if you think you typed your email address incorrectly, feel free to reach out to our customer support team so we can verify your order manually!
