Every item must be strictly unused and in the exact condition you received it. This means the product must show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration. All original tags, labels, and manufacturer packaging must be completely intact and attached to the item just as it was when delivered. Items without the original tags attached will not be accepted.

For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
